Ardmore reached the League 4 final with a 24-run win over Coleraine at the Bleachgreen.

The home side looked in real trouble at 48 for 5, but skipper Michael Dalton marshalled the lower order well, to get them to 149 with an excellent half century.

Vishal Chopra took 4 for 28, while there were three wickets for Owen Williams and Ardmore old boy Dawood Khan.

The visitors reply got off to a terrible start as the dangerous Chopra was dismissed first ball by Kevin Brolly (2-26).

Alfie Gaston fell to a superb boundary catch by George Brolly, but Coleraine rallied with David Feeney and Dawood Khan each making 36.

However, as the required rate increased, scoreboard pressure told, with George Dalton claiming four wickets, and George Brolly two as they sealed a 24-run win.

Ardmore will now face North Fermanagh in the final this weekend at Burndennett.

They also received the league trophy after an unbeaten campaign.
