Rutaraj Gaikwad became the first player to hit seven sixes in an over during a List-A match in India last week.

The India achieved the feat on his way to making 220 off 159 balls for his Maharashtra side - Shiva Singh the unfortunate bowler.

However, the feat has happened before, with Limavady and Irish international Decker Curry getting a taste of his own medicine.

He was on the receiving end of a boundary blitz by Eglinton overseas professional Hendy Wallace, who took advantage of a no-ball to hit seven sixes in a Ballykelly Midweek League game at Drummond.
