It was a season to forget in 2022 for Phoenix as they suffered the drop from the Premier League, but under skipper Tyrone Kane they will be looking to bounce straight back up.
Great Dane Oliver Hald is back at the Park and the club has a trio of new signings.
New Zealander Jed Wiggins joins along with Ash Bain and Levon Shileds, who both played for The Hills last season.
The club has a decent crop of young talent too, with Sam Morris and Stephen Black both rated highly.
"We are all really looking forward to the season," said Kane.
"It was a bit of an up and down season last year, with the semi final of the Irish Cup and T20 being great positives but unfortunately relegation to the Championship.
"We are now looking to turn it around and get back into the Premiership as well as getting our hands on some silverware."
Phoenix start their season on Saturday April 29 with T20 clashes away against Clontarf and Balbriggan.
