Defending champions Bready were in imperious form as they beat Strabane by 150 runs in the NW Women's Premier League last night (MON).

Irish international Alana Dalzell top-scored with 94, hitting 13 fours and a 6 to help Bready to an impossssing 175 for 3.

She shared stands of 61 for the first wicket with Cody Wallace who made 24, and 74 for the 3rd wicket with Sophie Hamilton who scored an unbeaten 22.

Strabane's reply never got going - all out for 25 - as Vanessa Buchanan took 4 for 4, while there were two wickets each for Mansi Bhavsar and Charley Scott.

Coleraine are in second place after they beat Fox Lodge by 18 runs.

Amy Caufield made 61, sharing a third wicket stand of 74 with Eva Gaston who hit 7 boundaries in her 38 as Coleraine made 129 for 5 - three wickets for Tanisha Hussain.

Despite an unbeaten 38 from Hannah McLaughin and 31 from Mollie Devine, Fox Lodge fell 18 runs short in the chase, ending on 111 for 3.

Fine all-round displays by Eglinton's Jenni Jackson and Lucy Carmichael led their side to a 7-wickets in at Bonds Glen. 

Both took three wickets as the home side scored 108 for 8 - Karen Haslett hitting 30.

The pair then shared a third wicket stand of 67, with Carmichael making an unbeaten 36, and Jackson 30.
